Oliver Allmoslechner is the co-founder of Wonnda, the B2B platform that connects consumer brands and retailers with vetted private label and contract manufacturers across Europe. His path into FMCG sourcing started in 2012, working on a personal-care project with his father, where he experienced firsthand how opaque and fragmented European contract manufacturing really is. Finding the right supplier meant trade shows, broken websites, cold outreach, and months of back-and-forth before a single sample ever arrived. He spent the following years meeting manufacturers across Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Portugal, and Spain, mapping how factories actually pitch, price, and ship. In 2019, he met co-founder Martin Ditzel in Lisbon. Both had hit the same wall from different sides of the table, and Wonnda was the answer they wished had existed when they started. Today, Oliver leads supplier strategy and partnerships at Wonnda, which has grown into one of Europe's most complete sourcing networks for private label and contract manufacturing across food, beverage, supplements, beauty, household, and packaging. He writes about how brand teams should approach sourcing, what to look for in a manufacturer, and the operational reality behind every category on the platform.
