West Bend Company is a premier U.S.-based cookware contract manufacturer, private labeler, and OEM supplier headquartered in West Bend, Wisconsin. Founded in 1911, the company has over 110 years of continuous cookware manufacturing experience from the same Wisconsin location. Formerly known as SynergyOps, West Bend Company is a manufacturing company of Regal Holdings (formerly Regal Ware), one of America's most established housewares groups.

The company operates a vertically integrated production facility with in-house capabilities spanning the full manufacturing chain: custom tooling and die design, precision metal forming, deep drawing, welding, trimming, robotic sanding and buffing, nonstick coating and curing, final polishing, and packaging. Products are manufactured in the USA at their ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Wisconsin.

Manufacturing Capabilities

West Bend Company offers comprehensive in-house manufacturing across the full cookware production process:

• Tooling and Die Design: Custom dies built and serviced in-house, with additional sourcing from trusted partners to minimize downtime.
• Metal Forming: Deep drawing, forming, welding, and edge trimming of metal blanks into strong, seamless cookware foundations.
• Finishing: Robotic sanding, buffing, and polishing systems that smooth interior surfaces, polish exteriors, and apply finishing touches.
• Coating and Curing: High-temperature ovens applying long-lasting nonstick coatings (traditional and ceramic) with smooth, vibrant finishes.
• Final Assembly: Precision trimming, polishing, handle attachment, and quality inspection before packaging.

West Bend Company achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2024, ensuring rigorous quality management across all manufacturing processes. The facility recycled nearly a million pounds of metal and materials, conserved 7.5 million gallons on water, and generated 3 million kWh of solar energy from over 6,000 solar panels. Heritage and Track Record

The West Bend manufacturing legacy dates to 1911 when Bernhardt C. Ziegler founded the West Bend Aluminum Company. The company produces cookware for leading DTC and retail cookware brands. The company exports to over 60 countries and has served some of the most recognized cookware brands globally for over a century.
