Biostile Global is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) & private label manufacturer for food supplements and cosmetics. The company is headquartered in Komen, Slovenia, with additional offices in Ljubljana and Koper. Founded in 2011, with roots tracing back to 1991, the company has built over 30 years of expertise in formulating and manufacturing food supplements, cosmetics, and complementary animal feed.

The company operates four production facilities and employs 130 specialists in Slovenia, with a global team of 300. Approximately 75% of production capacity is dedicated to white label and private label manufacturing, offering end-to-end solutions from R&D and custom formulation through production, packaging, and regulatory documentation.

Biostile holds dual GMP certificates for both food supplements and cosmetics, along with ISO 22000, ISO 22716, HACCP, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 certifications. Their patented BMT® (Biostile Microencapsulation Technology) uses a low-temperature complex coacervation and freeze-drying process, making it particularly effective for heat-sensitive active ingredients like coenzyme Q10, vitamin D3, curcumin, resveratrol, and CBD.

Available dosage forms include capsules (vegetarian or gelatin), tablets, powders, and liquids. The R&D team works with clients to define the most suitable format, formulation, and packaging for each project.
