Once set, they are taken off the moulds, and can be coated in sugar or in sour-substances for the final touch. Then they are ready to be put in the containers and sold to the consumers.

The overall production time depends on the manufacturer and on the formula of the product but, on average, takes around 3 weeks to complete production.
