Overview

About Solid Care Company

Solid Care Company is an independent cosmetic private label and and contract manufacturer specialised in solid, water-free cosmetics. It has its own R&D, develops and produces shampoo bars, conditioner bars, body wash bars, cream deodorant, lip balms, solid perfume and other solid formats for beauty brands, retailers and new brands.

Development and production run in one integrated facility in Waardenburg, Netherlands, with in-house laboratories and multiple production lines. The company specialises in extrusion technology and also produces with melt & pour. Capacity scales from 2,000 pieces per day for pilot batches to 2,000 pieces per hour in full production.

The team and products were previously known in the market as Solid Matters. Solid Care Company builds on that know-how under its current name.

Buyers choose between two models. White label uses validated, production-ready formulas from 1,000 pcs, customised in shape, weight, fragrance and colour. Private label means a fully custom formula developed from scratch around the brand brief, from 4,000 pcs, across all 20+ solid formats.
