Silanus Kozmetikai és Kereskedelmi Kft. is a 100% Hungarian-owned cosmetics manufacturer founded in 1993. Based in Kerepes, Hungary, the company operates its own production facility, R&D laboratory, and warehousing infrastructure. With a team of 40 professionals and over 30 years of manufacturing experience, Silanus serves 120+ private label and contract manufacturing partners across Europe and internationally.

The company's core strength is natural, herbal-based cosmetics formulation. Silanus develops and manufactures a wide range of personal care products, from hair care and body care to specialized skin care and sun care. Products are exported to approximately 30 international markets.

Production & Operational Capabilities

Silanus operates a modern production facility equipped with high-performance machinery designed for flexibility and efficiency:

• Filling: Fully automatic filling lines with capping and labeling machines for liquids, gels, oils and creams
• Over 10 semi-automatic filling machines
• Hot filling machines for waxes and sticks
• Tube filler for plastic and metal tubes
• 2x Sachet filler machine
• Powder filler machine
• Labeling: 3x automatic labeling machines and 1x semi-automatic machine

Development lead time is typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on formulation complexity. Standard production runs take 3 to 4 weeks after final approval and material availability.

MOQs start from a few hundred units for smaller runs, scaling to a large-scale manufacturing depending on product type.
