Production & operational capabilities

Luxlait operates facilities at Merl and a major Roost super dairy near Bissen. The Roost facility opened in January 2010 as a €100 million investment developed with Tetra Pak Processing Systems, and includes a main dairy building with reception, treatment, logistics, energy facility, water pre‑treatment, and administration buildings. Total floor space at the Roost site is 35,000 square meters.

Quality, compliance & regulatory positioning

Luxlait maintains multiple certifications: ISO 22000, IFS FOOD, BIO, and HALAL. The company operates an in-house laboratory that conducts more than 2,000 analyses per day.
